Thought for the Day

"As Joseph Cambell said, “Follow your Bliss”. Exploration has risks, and I think they are worth it. But as I mature, I realize the memories of a thousand adventures mean little without friends and family to share your excitement."

  1. Nicely said. I've buried my grandfather and father in the last year. I wouldn't trade the world for those memories.

  2. The memories of my time with them while living. Geez, my comment sounded like I was taking of the memories of burying them.

Ok, everyone move along, nothing to see here, move along. :-)

    Have a great weekend Kel.

  4. Kelly- Thanks for reminding me of my thoughts. Sometimes I need that. We often need to remind ourselves of basic life philosophies. Like exercising muscles. Or stretching.
