Kel, thanks for doing this. I saw that pic of the dog a couple weeks ago, and as the owner of four dogs, if made me sick to my stomach. Perhaps worldwide attention will bring this horrific practice to a stop.
Update:200,000 people signed the petition and it is being presented to the French Ministers this week.When we band together, we really CAN make a difference!
